Meet The Board 2026 - 2027

Artistic Director
Edda Lam
Edda Lam (she/her) is a proud Vietnamese-Chinese American from Sacramento and a fourth-year literary arts major and theatre minor. As an actor, credits include Gone Missing (UC San Diego), Love is the Greater Labyrinth (UC San Diego), Feywild (Company 157), Blood Money Blues and Killjoy (Triton Television), and 'Til We Drop (Tinderbox Studios). As a director, credits include Without Country (Company 157), <3 (UC San Diego, Assistant), and Dirty Martini (UC San Diego, Assistant). As a producer: Project: Stardust (UC San Diego & La Jolla Playhouse, Lead). For sound: I'm Really Glad I Got to Know You (LAB at UCSD, Designer & Board Operator), People, Places, and Things (A1). She is beyond excited to be Company 157's Artistic Director for the upcoming 2026-2027 season.

Managing Director
Isabel Rademaker
Isabel (She/her) is a third-year International Business major and Environmental Policy minor. Her UC San Diego Credits include: Julius Caesar (ASM), New Directions (ASM) Selected Credits include: Less Than Friends (PSM, Honours Thesis), Without Country (PSM, Company 157), Public Rituals For Broken Hearts (ASM, Company 157), Driven (ASM & Scenic Designer, Company 157), She Loves Me (PA, Muir Musical). She is very excited to be working on Company board for the 2026-2027 season!

Assistant Managing Director
Abigail Chen
Abigail Chen (she/her) is a second-year political science major with a concentration in public law. UCSD Credits: <3 (in affiliation with Company 157, ASM) Selected credits: Public Rituals for Broken Hearts (Company 157, ASM), Spring Awakening (Muir Musical, Deck/Wardrobe Swing), Without Country (Company 157, ASM). Abigail is very grateful for the opportunity to be working on board for the 26-27 season!

Technical Director
Mark Fraley
Mark Fraley (He/him) is a third-year theatre major. His credits with Company include: In the Garden of Blame and Envy (Production Stage Manager), Public Rituals for Broken Hearts (Scenic Designer), Salt (scenic designer), and The Bench Play (scenic designer). Other credits at UCSD include Shattered Dreams (Assistant Stage Manager), The Three Musketeers (Production Assistant and Fight Captain) Motherloss (Production Assistant) with UCSD’s department of Theatre and Dance.

Assistant Technical
Karina Sapkota
Karina Sapkota (they/she) is a third-year Chemical Engineering and Theatre double major. Company 157 Credits: Public Rituals for Broken Hearts (PSM), Uncharted Territory (ASM), The Mousetrap (ASM), Driven (PSM). UCSD Credits: Shattered Dreams (and where we put them) (ASM), Refuse It: A Black Woman’s Guide to 21st Century Rage (ASM). Selected Credits: The Tragedy of Hamlet (ASM, SPARC Theater), Out of Body (PSM, Honors Thesis '26), Spring Awakening (PSM, Muir Musical). Karina loves stage management, helping bring important stories to life, and is super honored to be on the Company 157 Board for this season!

Production Director
Natalie Kenyon
Natalie Kenyon (she/her) is a third-year theatre major focused on stage management and props design. Her UCSD credits include Fancy Jungle (ASM), Much Ado About Nothing (ASM), Dinner Is The Show (Wag Lab, Props Designer), Dirty Martini + Nerve Endings (ASM), Footloose The Musical (Muir Musical, ASM), Honor the Thief (Company 157, ASM)

Ellie Kim
Ellie Kim (she/her) is a second-year theatre major and sociocultural anthropology minor. UCSD Credits: New Directions ‘26 (ASM), Fancy Jungle (Script PA), Uncharted Territory (PSM, Company 157 WNPF), <3 (ASM, UCSD & Company 157), POTUS (Margaret, Wagner Lab)

Finance Director
Joycelyn Wong
Joycelyn Wong (she/her) is a third year Theatre and Business Economics double major with a focus on entertainment. Her UCSD Credits include: Shattered Dreams (and where we out them) (Scenic/Props), People, Places, and Things (U/S Laura, Ensemble), Selected Credits <3 (UCSD Theatre and Dance, Company 157, Sandra), Driven (Company 157). Joycelyn is enthusiastic to be rejoining Company's board as Finance Director, allowing her to blend her business skill sets into her love for theatre.

DEI Director
Kian Yang
Jiaqi (Kian) Yang is a second year Psychology major and Sociology minor. You may have seen them in previous Company 157 shows such as Public Rituals for Broken Hearts (Snapped Heart), Out There (Jake), Road to Tulsa (Steve), and Without Country (Minh). They are excited to be working on board for the 2026-2027 season! Hope to see you around!

Marketing Director
Juliette Lin
Juliette Lin (she/they) is a second-year art history major. UC San Diego credits: Without Country (AD/ Dramaturg, Company 157), Fancy Jungle (Dramaturg), <3 (AD/ Dramaturg, Company 157 & UCSD). She hopes to make some great theatre with everyone this year!

Director of Photography and Videography
Ev Errico-Huttler
Ev (They/She) is a fourth year marine biology major with a theatre minor. Their UCSD credits include: One Acts (PA), POTUS (LAB, Bernadette), Salt (C157, Zoe), Hallow (LAB, Illicia), and Out of Body (Honors Thesis, Friend). Ev is so excited to be working on board again and is looking forward to another great season!

Social Media Coordinator
Ava Barone
Ava Barone is a third-year theatre major and sociology minor. Her UCSD Credits include: New Directions (Dancer), Selected Credits: Driven (Company 157, Tess), In the Garden of Blame and Envy (Company 157, Tigerlily), The 5 Bards of Desente (Company 157, Daisy, Knight, Keglin Understudy), The Road to Tulsa (Company 157, Diamond). She is so excited to be part of the team this next year!

Graphic Designer
Katie Fairbanks
Katie Fairbanks (she/her) is a second year Dance and Media Industries Communications double major with a Theatre minor. At UCSD, her credits include The Potluck (Dancer), Crazy Maizie (WNPF Playwright), and POTUS (Run Crew). Her favorite shows include Chicago (June), Cinderella (Lighting Crew), and The Phantom of the Opera (Corps de Ballet). Katie is so excited to work on the board this year!

Events & Outreach Director
Cass Rivas
Cass Rivas is a third-year theatre major who dabbles in as many areas of theatre as she can. UC San Diego credits: Out There (Writer/Director), Reset? (Director), Please Hold (Sound Designer), Three of Cups (Sound Designer), The Five Bards (Writer) & multiple Drag Brunch No Brunch performances. She has been involved with many company projects in the last 3 years and is very excited to be on board this time around.

Events & Outreach Coordinator
Calla Hollingsworth
Calla Hollingsworth (she/they) is a third-year theatre major, actor, and teaching artist from the Bay Area. UC San Diego Credits: Fancy Jungle (u/s Cindy), Much Ado About Nothing (Hero/Oatcake, u/s Beatrice), Vinegar Tom (u/s Susan, Betty). Selected acting credits: Julius Caesar, Jon Tracy’s “The Untime” (Marin Shakespeare Company) Alice and Bob, Driven (Company 157), POTUS (Wagner LAB at UC San Diego). Calla has also trained with Dueling Arts International in stage combat and choreographed fights for Company 157 (Without Country, Road to Tulsa, Public Rituals for Broken Hearts) and Muir Musical (Spring Awakening). When not in rehearsal, Calla can be found in the ocean or teaching Shakespeare.

CJ Overman
Caleb J. Overman (He/him) is a second-year theatre major and ICAM minor. His UCSD Credits include: Borachio (Much Ado About Nothing), U/S Gor (Someone North Loves You) | Selected Credits: Playwright, Director, Narrator, & Vocal Coach (What Time It Isn't, Wagner Lab), Jack (Into the Woods, Ceres High School). CJ is so excited to be working among all the wonderful people on Company board this next season!
